摘要
化工生产流程的模型化是指导工业生产、提高企业经济效益的重要方法。以淤浆法生产聚乙烯体系为研究对象,利用"链节分析法"对工艺过程进行仿真。通过对反应器的反应器类型和反应方式进行分析,并根据物料恒算、焓恒算、相平衡计算等,建立了反应器的数学模型,并根据模型的形式选取了适当的数值计算方法。利用机理模型对乙烯聚合工艺过程进行了仿真,并计算了平均分子量、聚合熔融指数、转化率等聚合物的重要性能指标。仿真结果符合设计要求,为进一步工程设计提供理论依据。
Developing a mathematic model can be an important method to improve industrial processes. This paper studies the industrial slurry ethylene polymerization process, and uses the method named as "Chain Analysis" to analyze the suspend system of the HDPE. Based on the analysis of reactor types and reaction mode form, the model of the reactor is established by ways of mass balance, energy balance and phase equilibrium. The numerical calculation method is chosen according to the type of the model. So we can analyze and simulate the process of ethylene polymerization, and found the thermodynamic model to simulate some important information of the polymer such as molecular weight, the melt index and the ratio of the transform. The simulation results meet the design requirements, which provides theoretical foundation for engineering design.
