摘要
研究水泥工业生产过程中,窑尾分解炉出口温度的控制对水泥生产的质量及整条生产线的节能至关重要,而分解炉属于大时滞、大惯性、非线性的被控对象,传统PID算法很难达到满意的控制效果。提出一种新型复合型模糊预测控制算法,结合预测控制的预报功能和模糊控制在大偏差范围时响应较快的理想控制效果,相互切换,优势互补。在Matlab平台上仿真。结果表明,复合型模糊预测控制效果优于单纯的模糊控制和预测控制,系统的快速性和稳定性都有提高。
The control of the exit temperature of decomposing furnace is the elementary influence on the cement quality and power saving of the product line. It is a nonlinear object of'large time lag, inertia, and can not get a satisfying control result with PID controller. The fuzzy predictive control introduced here, which is a new kind of predictive control method, combines the advantage of predict fonctioning of predictive control with the advantage of quick response of the fuzzy control duing the large error, and shifts between two control methods. The simulation result of Matlab shows that this control system is superior to simplex Fuzzy Control and Predictive Control with faster response and higher stability.
