Accomplishing and Applying the Excel Programs for Meta-Analysis of Dichotomous Data

目的在Excel中完成计数资料的Meta分析。方法应用Excel计算函数等,编写计数资料Meta分析的Excel程序,结合医学实例评价Excel程序的计算结果。结果在Excel中可以完成计数资料Meta分析中的异质性检验(Q检验),效应量比值比、相对危险度和率差的合并及其95%可信区间的计算,Excel程序的结果与Review Manager 4.2和教科书的一致,程序的操作简便快捷。结论应用Excel可方便、快速、正确地完成计数资料的Meta分析。

Objective To perform the procedure of meta-analysis for dichotomous data.Method The Excel procedure was edited using relevant functions.With medical cases,valuate the results computed by the procedure.Result The outcomes of Q test,Peto odds ratio,relative risk,risk difference,and 95%CI agree with the output of the Review Manager 4.2 of Cochrane and the textbook.Conclusion Meta-analysis of dichotomous data can be accomplished in Excel conveniently,rapidly and accurately.
