摘要 目的:观察犬冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)阻断后,冠脉侧支血管建立的时间及表现,探讨侧支血管建立对左室功能的影响。材料和方法:杂种犬8条,开胸结扎LAD,在结扎LAD后1天~1年内定期行冠脉和左室造影。结果:结扎LAD后1周,造影开始显示侧支血管建立;结扎LAD后1~3个月,皆可见程度不等的侧支血管建立,左室功能明显改善。结论:犬冠脉有丰富的侧支血管;侧支血管的建立,有助于左室收缩功能的恢复。 Purpose:To observe the collateral estabishment after coronary occlusion, and evaluate the function of collateral circulation to left ventricular.Materials and Methods:Eight canine hearts with myocardial infarction induced by left anterior descending(LAD)ligation were made,left ventricular and coronary angiography followed one day to one year after ligation LAD. Results:A few collateral blood vessels viewed by coronary angiography were begun establishment in one week after ligation LAD.One to three months after ligation LAD,collateral circulation were establishment in variety degree. Conclusion:Coronary artery of canine have a large number of collateral blood vessels; Establishment of collateral circulation is benefit to recovery of function of left ventricular.
