凋亡蛋白抑制因子在病理妊娠中的研究进展

摘要 凋亡蛋白抑制因子(survivin)是凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族新成员,具有调控细胞周期、促进细胞繁殖和抑制细胞凋亡的功能。本文着重对survivin的结构、生物学功能、抗凋亡机制及在病理妊娠中的有关研究进展作一综述。
