摘要
目的研究依那普利对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法应用依那普利(10mg·kg(-1)/d)对糖尿病大鼠进行了10周治疗,观察了其对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。结果对照组糖尿病大鼠肾小球滤过率(GFR)、肾血流量(RPF)、滤过分数(FF)及尿白蛋白(UA)均较正常对照组明显升高,肾小球基底膜不规则增厚、突触融合。依那普利治疗后糖尿病大鼠GFR、RPF、FF及UA均较糖尿病对照组明显降低,病理学异常不明显。血糖、糖化血红蛋白软糖尿病对照组无显著性差异。结论早期应用依那普利能改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏的血流动力学异常,减少尿蛋白排泄,防止或延缓糖尿病肾脏的病理学进展。
Objective To study the renal protective effect of enalapril in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats weretreated with enalapril (10mg. kg(-1)/d ) for ten weeks, the protective effects of enalapril on renal function wereevaluated. Results The glomerular filtration rate (GFR). renal plasma flow (RPF), filtration fraction (FF) as well asurinary protein excretion were significantly increased in diabetic rats as compared with normal control rats. The electronmicroscopic findings showed significant mesangial expansion and basement membrane thickening in the diabetic rats.After enalapril treatment, the GFR, RPF, FF and urinary protein excretion were markedly reduced as compared withthose in untreated diabetic rats. No significant abnormal changes in kidney morphology were found in enalapril treateddiabetic rats. Conclusion Early treatment with enalapril could normalize the abnormal renal hemodynamics, reduce theurinary protein excretion and prevent renal pathological progress in diabetic rats.
