中药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

目的:探讨中药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者进行随机分组,治疗组(43例)采用中药内服结合灌肠法保留灌肠治疗;对照组(43例)采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈16例,显效17例,有效7例,总有效率93.03%;对照组治愈9例,显效13例,有效9例,总有效率72.10%;治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论:中药内服配合中药保留灌肠方法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,方法简单易行,值得推广。

Purpose：to discuss and research clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs on chronic ulcerative colitis. Method：to randomly divide 86 patients suffering from chronic ulcerative colitis into two groups; one group （43 cases）as a treatment group adopts Chinese herbs ＋ retention enema and another group （ 43 cases ） as a comparison group takes salazopyrin （SASP） orally; observe both therapeutic effects. Result：there are 16 heal - up cases in the treatment group, among them, 17 cases are remarkable effect and 7 cases are effective, so total effective rate is 93.03% ;however,there are 9 heal-up cases in the comparison group,among them, 13 cases are remarkable effect and 9 cases are effective, so total effective rate is 72. 10% ; consequently, the curative ratio of the treatment group is much higher that that of the comparison group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Chinese herbs ＋ retention enema method works on chronic ulcerative colitis remarkably, furthermore this method is simple and easy, so propagable.
