珠三角地区围产期保健调查研究

目的:了解珠三角地区妇女围产期保健知识的情况,为加强围产期保健工作及降低孕产妇死亡率、新生儿发病率提供依据。方法:抽取珠三角部分地区的临床病例,进行统计调查围产期保健的一般状况,并对有关围产期保健的文献进行整理与综合。结果:围产期保健的影响很大。结论:围产期保健应受到重视,要选择最佳生育年龄,提倡有计划妊娠,广泛宣传围产期保健知识,提高早孕建卡率,降低人工流产率及剖孕产率,减少高危妊娠的发生,保护妇女生殖健康。

Objective： Understanding of the Pearl River Delta region of womeng pcrinatal health knowledge, in order to enhance perinatal care and reduce maternal mortality, provide the basis for neonatal morbidity. Methods： Extraction in parts of the Pearl River Delta survey has been conducted clinical cases the general condition of perinatal care and to retrieve the domestic and foreign literature related to perinatal health literature collation, synthesis. Results ： Enormous impact on perinatal health. Conclusion： The importance of Perinatal health care should be emphasized, selecting the best pregnant age, planning pregnancy, propagating the knowledge of reproduction care. In order to protect pregnant women health, the rate of abactus renter and caesarean birth shoule be reduced.
