摘要
目的探讨引起儿童营养不良的因素。方法应用病例对照研究方法,对长沙市北区和西区14所小学1~6年级筛选出来的273例营养不良学生的可疑病因进行了单因素分析(χ2检验、t检验、相关分析)和多因素分析(逐步回归分析和Logistic回归分析)。结果儿童营养不良的主要危险因素为:①遗传因素;②饮食习惯差(OR=10.10,P<0.01);③儿童兄弟姊姝数较多;④出生时低体重,早产或过期产。
Objective To probe the factors related with the malnutrition of the children. Methods The
case-control study was used to investigate 273 students with malnutrition in 14 primary schools
from 1 to 6 grade in the north and west districts of Changsha. The risk factors were studied with
monofactor analysis(x 2 test, t test,relative analysis) and polyfactors analysis (stepwide
regressive analysis, and logistic regressive analysis).Results The main risk factors related
with the malnutrition of children were genetic factor, bad dietary habit(OR=10.10,p<0.01),number
of siblings, low birth weight and prematurity or postmaturity. Conclusion It's better to interfere
the risk factors as early as possible. [
