摘要
目的观察生物反馈技术对强迫症患者生理和心理指标的影响。方法将50例患者随机分为两组,在药物加系统脱敏治疗基础上,一组加生物反馈治疗,一组加模拟生物反馈治疗,治疗3个月,分别在入组时、治疗第1、2、3个月采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、耶鲁-布朗强迫量表(YBOCS)评估治疗效果,每次生物反馈治疗前后测额肌电值、心率、血压,以观察患者生理指标的变化。结果 1心率和血压:治疗前后试验组与对照组指标均无显著性差异(各t值均小于1,P>0.05);2额肌电值:入组时两组患者无显著性差异(t=-0.35,P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的肌电值差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);3治疗1个月后两组的HAMA量表减分率差异有统计学意义(t=-2.51,P<0.05);治疗3个月后两组的YBOCS减分率差异有统计学意义(t=-2.61,P<0.05)。结论生物反馈可快速缓解焦虑症状,减轻强迫症状。
Objective To explore the effects of biofeedback therapy on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients by observed the change of biological maker and psychological marker. Methods Fifty OCD subjects were randomly divided into trial group and control group. All subjects were treated with drugs therapy. Trial troup were treated with desensitization therapy com- bined with biofeedback therapy and control group were treated whith mimic biofeedback therapy for three monthes. HAMA, I I,./MD and YBOC,were used to assess the psychopathology at the beginning and after per month' treatment. Myoelectricity, heart rate and blood pressure were collected before and after desensitization therapy. Results ①Heart rate and blood pressure: There was no significant diffence of heart rate and blood pressure between two groups in the course of desensitization therapy(P〉 0.05). ②Myoelectricity:In the beginning of the test ,the myoelectricity value of two group has no significant difference,and after the treatment there were significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). (③Compared with control group after one month's treatment,the scores of HAMA in trial group were decreased remarkably(t=-2.51 P〈0. 05). At the end of the third month ,the scores of YBOCS were significant difference between two group(t=-2, 61 P〈0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback therapy play an im-portant roie in treatment of OCD ,it can relapse anxiety symptoms . Obsessive symptoms and reduce the course of disease.
