摘要 目的探讨煤矿伤工家庭功能状况,为医学和心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对138名煤矿伤工进行了调查分析。结果不同年龄伤工的情感介入差异有统计学意义(F=3.784,P<0.05);不同文化程度的伤工在问题解决(F=23.697,P<0.001)、角色(F=3.104,P<0.05)、情感反应(F=13.165,P<0.001)、情感介入(F=10.354,P<0.001)、行为控制(F=3.074,P<0.05)方面存在差异;不同经济收入的伤工问题解决(F=6.992,P<0.001)、沟通(F=6.963,P<0.001)、角色(F=10.834,P<0.001)、情感反应(F=4.319,P<0.05)、行为控制(F=3.591,P<0.01)方面差异有统计学意义;好转伤工的问题解决(t=6.465,P<0.05)、总的功能(t=5.071,P<0.05)比痊愈伤工要好。结论煤矿伤工家庭功能受年龄、文化程度、经济收入和治疗效果的影响。 Objective To study the family function of injured coal miners in order to provide theoretical basis for medical and psychological intervention. Methods A total of 138 cases of injured coalminers were tested with the Family Assessment Device (FAD). Results Different age groups were different significantly on the dimension of affective involvement (F=3. 784,P〈0. 05). There was significant difference among different educational level workers on the dimension of problem sloving(F: 23. 697, P〈0. 001) ,roles(F= 3. 104,P〈0. 05) ,affective responsiveness(F= 13. 165 ,P〈0. 001), affective involvement (1:= 10.354,P〈0. 001) and behavior control(F= 3. 074,P〈0. 05). Different income groups were different significantly on the dimension of problem sloving (F=6. 992, P〈0. 001), communication (F=6. 963, P〈0. 001), roles (F=10. 834, P〈0. 001),affective respon siveness(F=4. 319,P〈0. 05),behavior control (F=3. 591, P〈0.01). The improved injured miners were better than cured miners on problem sloving(t=6. 465,P〈0. 05)and general function(t= 5. 071,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Family function of injued coalminers is affected by age, education, income and treatment.
