当代大学生受到良好的教育,具有强调个性的时代特征,但是自律意识薄弱,容易受外来因素影响,难以形成科学正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和社会主义荣辱观,这就要求我们用时代的眼光审视和分析大学生的思想特点,掌握其规律性,通过丰富思想政治教育内容,加强辅导员队伍建设和加强高校社团建设,充分发挥学生的主观能动性和创新能力,培养具有主动性和创造性的高素质人才。

Contemporary college students are well educated,and they are characterized by individuality.However,their awareness of self-control remains weak,which is easily influenced by external factors and difficult to form correct world outlook,views on social values,and socialist concept of honor and disgrace.So,it is demanded to analyze the idea characteristic of college students by viewpoint of new times,and masters their regularity by enriching the education content of political and ideological and improving the quality of counselor stall and the construction of college associations.It is aimed to give full play to subjective initiation and innovative ability,training qualified college students characterized by initiative and creative spirit.
