抑郁症患者REM睡眠研究

REM sleep in depression

目的：探讨抑郁症患者快眼动（ＲＥＭ）睡眠的异常改变以及与临床的相关性。方法：对１８例抑郁症患者和１９名正常对照者进行睡眠脑电图检查，并予以比较。结果：抑郁症患者出现明显的ＲＥＭ潜伏期缩短和ＲＥＭ密度增加，且与抑郁严重程度显著相关。

Objective:To study the REM sleep in depression. Method:Sleep EEGs in18 depressed patients diagnosed according to CCMD 2 R were compared with those of 19 normal controls. Results:Depressed subjects showed significantly shortened REM latency and increased REM density which correlated well with the severity of depression. Conclusion:Shortened REM latency and increased REM density may be sensitive biological markers for depression.
