104例精神分裂症患者手部皮纹学分析

Palmar dermatoglyphics of schizophrenic patients

目的：研究精神分裂症患者手部皮纹学特点。方法：观察１０４例精神分裂症住院患者手掌８项皮纹学检测结果，并与张海国等报道的我国汉族人正常值作对照。结果：发现精神分裂症患者的皱褶掌、掌猿线、皮嵴纹畸形、１０指斗型纹出现率均增高，ａｔｄ角变钝、ＴＦＲＣ减少，手掌屈褶纹走向异常，男性患者左手斗型纹增多，女性患者左手弓型纹增多。结论：作者认为，皱褶掌、ａｔｄ角变钝，皮嵴纹畸形。

Objective:To study the palmar dermatoglyphic characteristics of schizophrenic pateints. Method:The authors examined 104 schizophrenic inpatients for 8 palmar dermatoglyphic characteristics and compared the findings with norm of Han race in China by Zhang Haiguo et al. Results:There was increased incidence of wrinkled palm,single transverse palmar crease,irregular ridge,W lines in all 10 fingers,blunting of atd angle,decreased TFRC and abnormal pattern of palmar crease in all patients.W lines of left hand in male patients and A lines of left hand in female patients were also increased. Conclusion:Wrinkled palm,blunted atd angle,irregular ridge,abnormal pattern of palmar are characteristic dermatoglyphic features of schizophrenic patients.
