Causes of pressure sores in coma patients and prevention and nursing

目的:探讨昏迷患者压疮发生的原因,预防及治疗护理的措施。方法:回顾性总结38例昏迷患者压疮的临床资料并加以分析。结果:昏迷患者是压疮发生的高危人群之一,昏迷患者压疮防治护理技术十分复杂。结论:压迫时间过长致局部供血不足是昏迷患者压疮形成的诸多因素中最主要因素,不同时期压疮的治疗护理既有相同处,又各有侧重点,周密的护理可以预防压疮的发生。

Objective：To study the coma occurred in patients with pressure sores causes,prevention and treatment and care measures.Methods：We summarized 38 cases of coma in patients with pressure sores and analyzed the clinical data.Results：coma patients are at high risk of pressure sore occurred in one of the coma patient care and pressure sore prevention and control technology is very complicated.Conclusion：oppression for too long in a coma caused by inadequate blood supply in patients with partial pressure sore formation of many factors the most important factor in different periods of pressure sore treatment and care in both the same Department,the family has its own focus,meticulous care can prevent the occurrence of pressure sores.
