位山引黄灌区面临的问题及对策

Problems Faced with Weishan Irrigated Area Diverting from Yellow River and Its Countermeasures

黄河下游位山引黄灌区,灌溉面积516万亩。针对该灌区目前存在的引黄水源日渐紧缺,泥沙处理日趋困难,渍涝和盐碱化等主要问题,作者提出相应应采取的一些处理措施:充分利用当地水资源,建立节水型灌区;采取集中沉沙与远程输沙分散处理泥沙以及综合治理旱、涝、碱危害等。

The Weishan irrigated area, with an area irrigated 5.16 million mu, is one of the large irrigated areas on the lower Yellow River, The existing main problems of the irrigated area are that the water resources from Yellow River is shortening day by day, treatment of sediment is more difficult, poor drainage and salinization still menace the farmland. Towards these problems, the author proposed his sug gestions that the local water resources should be utilized fully; a water-saving irrigated area should be established; treatment of sediment in a mode of settling concentrately in desettling basin and conveying to the field and properly coping with drought, drainage and salinization of soil.
