摘要
化工压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器,在化工行业具有广泛的应用范围。压缩空气作为动力,压缩气体用于制冷和气体分离,压缩气体用于合成及聚合,压缩气体有难关于油的加氢精制,气体输送等等。在压缩机的故障诊断和排除方面,要注重滤清器、缸套、活塞环磨损及损坏情况及装配、空气冷却、润滑压力等方面。大型化工压缩机组的改进,要重点从三维工程设计CAD开发、轴承系统动力特性设计专家系统的开发、智能型计算机控制系统开发三方面入手,从而紧跟当前压缩机制冷剂向HFC转型、能效比更高、变频控制的发展加快的发展趋势。
The chemical compressor is a kind of machine compressing air to pressurize and transport gaseous, having wide field of application in the chemical industry. The compressed air can be used as power, and used in refrigeration and gas separation, synthesis and polymerization, oil hydrogenation, air transport and etc.. In the diagnosis and remove of breakdown, the wear, damage, assemble, air cooling and lubricating of filter, cylinder liner, piston rings should be paid attention. The improve- ment of large chemical compressor should be started from CAD development, expert system of dynamic bearing system design, intel- ligent computer control system, in order to keep up with the trend of using HFC coolant, higher energy efficiency, and speeding up VFC.
