摘要
利用水热法制备出了粒径10nm左右且分布均匀的氧化锆晶体,研究了反应温度和保温时间对制备氧化锆纳米晶体影响。实验结果表明溶液的pH值在8.5~9.5之间,反应温度在200℃左右时水合氧化锆可以完全脱水,生成氧化锆纳米晶体。
In this paper,ZrO_2 crystal was prepared by Hydrothermal Method,whose particle size is about 10 nm,and the distribution is even.And we find reaction temperature and time are both the important influencing factors in hydrothermal method.The experimental result indicates the liquid can create nano-sized ZrO_2 crystal between 8.5 to 9.5 with pH,water-Zirconia can combined water content at about 200℃.
