摘要
简述了分子印迹技术的基本原理及聚合物的制备方法,综述了分子印迹技术在手性药物分离、临床药物分析、药物传递系统、中药活性成份分离等中的应用,并对其面临的问题及应用前景进行了展望。
The paper mainly expounds the basic principles of Molecular Imprinting Technology,the application of Molecular imprinting technology in the fields of chiral drug separation and clinical drug analysis,drug delivery system, separating and purifying active components in Chinese medicine,the confronted problem and developing trend of Molecular Imprinting Technology are also reviewed.
