Study on Comprehensive Appraisal Indicator System for Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction of Cement Industry

建立科学的节能减排指标体系是衡量水泥企业落实节能减排措施的标尺。建立水泥企业污染物排放、能源消耗、资源综合利用、节能减排支撑能力等方面的指标体系以及综合测评指标体系,以便于对水泥工业节能减排进行定性和定量分析,做出综合评价,揭示出企业节能减排的总体水平及每一个环节的节能减排水平,发现水泥工业节能减排中的主要限制因素,为国家和各地区制定节能减排政策提供依据。

For measuring the achievements of energy conservation emission reduction system of cement industry, it is very important to establish a scientific comprehensive appraisal indicator system.It can help us make a comprehensive evaluation,reveal cement enterprises＇ overall level of energy-saving and emission reduction,find the main problem,as well as to provide the basis for instituting relevant policies.This paper attempts to establish indicator systems about emission,energy consumption,comprehensive utilization of resources,supporting capability on energy -saving and emission reduction and comprehensive appraisal indicator system.
