结膜移盖联合药物治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Conjunctival Shift Cover Combined with Drug therapy in Fungal Keratitis

目的探讨结膜移盖在真菌性角膜炎手术治疗中的作用。方法对118例真菌性角膜炎患者按不同治疗方法随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,治疗组给予结膜移盖联合药物治疗,观察两组的临床疗效并进行对比研究。结果两组患者治疗后视力均提高,治愈率:治疗组91.4%;对照组65.5%。两组比较,治疗组的治愈率及治疗后视力明显提高、平均治愈时间明显缩短,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论真菌性角膜炎在药物治疗的基础上联合结膜移盖手术治疗效果更佳,可以明显提高治疗成功率。

Objective To probe into the role of conjunctiva shift in the surgical treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods 118 cases of fungal keratitis patients with different treatment were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group were given medication and the treatment group were given subconjunctival shift cover combinated with drug therapy. The clinical efficacy were observed and also a comparative study.Results Visions of patients were improved greatly after treatment in treatment group. The successful treatment rate is 91.4% in control group and 65.5% in treatment group. Comparing the two groups, the successful rate, the improved vision and the average healing time were significantly bette and P value is less than 0.01.Conclusion the treatment of fungal keratitis on thebasis of the joint effect of surgical treatment and conjunctival shift cover is more effective and the successful rate is significantly improved.
