摘要
目的观察香加味苏饮治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法随机把98例患者分为两组,治疗组(49例)采用加味香苏饮治疗,对照组(49例)采用多潘立酮、雷尼替丁治疗,对比两组治疗后的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.83%,对照组为71.42%,两组比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论加味香苏饮治疗慢性胃炎取得良好的治疗效果,是治疗该病的有效方剂。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiang Su Decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods 98 cases with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The treatment group (49 patients) was treated using Xiang Su Decoction and the control group (49 patients) Domperidone and Ranitidine. The total effective rates of the two groups following treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.83% and that of control group 71.42%. According to the comparison between the two groups, the effect on the treatment group was evidently better than the control group and the difference was of significance (P〈0.05).Conclusion Xiang Su Decoction has a satisfactory effect on chronic gastritis and is an effective prescription for the disease.
