伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的临床价值

Clinical value of Voriconazole in the treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

目的观察伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的临床疗效和安全性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析23例侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染的患者予伏立康唑首日6mg/(kg.次),每12h一次,以后每次4mg/(kg.次),2次/d,静脉滴注治疗,疗程视患者用药后的临床症状和微生物学反应而定,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染患者的痊愈率和有效率分别为52.1%和69.6%。3例患者出现不良反应,发生率为13.1%。结论伏立康唑治疗侵袭性肺曲霉菌感染是安全、有效的药物。

Objective To observed the clinical effect and safety of Voriconazole in the treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.In order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis 23 invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patients were treated with Voriconazole intravenous drip treatment,in the first day with 6 mg/kg,q12 h,in the subsequent day with 4 mg/kg,bid.The course of treatment depend on clinical symptoms and microbiology reaction,to observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The clinical recovery and effective rate of Voriconazole were 52.1% and 69.6%.Adverse reactions was found in3 patients,The adverse reaction rate was 13.1%.Conclusion Vorieonazole is an effective and safe in the treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
