摘要
介绍了砚山500 kV固定串补的一次设备结构及其控制保护系统,对文山-大新交流输电系统进行了RTDS建模,并搭建了基于RTDS和控制保护系统屏柜的闭环仿真试验环境。按照试验方案进行了基于上述仿真环境的串补控制保护功能的动态性能试验,通过仿真的故障录波证实了控制保护功能的正确性。按照设计的系统短路试验方案在串补投运前进行了单相瞬时短路试验,通过将系统单相瞬时短路试验结果与RTDS仿真试验结果进行对比,不但考核了砚山串补设备及其控制保护功能的正确性,也证明了RTDS试验结果的可靠性。同时也为串补RTDS仿真试验和系统短路试验提供有益的参考。
This paper introduces Yanshan 500 kV fixed series compensation(FSC)and its control and protection system,establishes Wenshan-Daxin AC transmission system RTDS model and a closed-loop simulation test environment based on RTDS and the control and protection system.Finally,the dynamic performance tests are carried out with the above simulation environment.The TFR has confirmed the correctness of the control and protection system.Thent,he single phase fault expeiment has been taken before Yanshan FSC put into operation,the paper compares the simulation result and the system short-circuit result,which not only confirms the correctness of Yanshan FSC equipment and its control and protection function,but also proves the reliability of RTDS simulation result.At the same time,this paper provides a useful reference for the RTDS simulation and system short-circuit experiment.
