摘要 针对多个电厂变压器投运时的继电保护装置的误动,根据现场的故障录波波形和数据,判断出误动是由于主二保护装置没有正确进行励磁涌流闭锁造成的。具体是由于差动保护的二次谐波制动方式和二次谐波制动系数取值的不合理而造成的误动。分析了T60、RCS978谐波制动的特点;探讨了不同厂家在变压器差动保护中利用二次谐波进行制动时采取分相、或门、三取二制动的优劣和相应方式下二次谐波制动系数定值取值的合理性,并提出了减少涌流误动的措施。 Mal-operation of the relay protection equipment occurred when the transformer was put into operation in different power plants.According to the fault wave graphics and data,the mal-operation is caused by the incorrect closedown of magnetic inrush current of the second relay protection equipment.The specific reasons are the unreasonable mode and wrong coefficient value of secondary harmonic restraint.This paper analyzes the characteristics of harmonic restraint of T60 and RCS978,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of inrush inhibit mode including per phase,or gate,2-out–of-3,together with their corresponding inrush inhibit level.Finally,it puts forward a measure to decrease the mal-operation of inrush current.
