前列腺素E_1治疗61例肺心病效果观察

Treatment of pulmonary heart disease with prostaglandin E 1: A prospective study of 61 cases

将１１９例慢性肺心病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组５８例用常规治疗；治疗组６１例在常规治疗的基础上加前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）治疗。结果治疗组总有效率９０．１６％，对照组为７０．６９％，Ｐ＜０．０５。提示：ＰＧＥ１对慢性肺心病的治疗是有效的。

patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. The control group (58 cases) were traditionally treated and the therapeutic group (61 cases) were treated with prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) based on the traditional therapy. It showed that the total effective rate in the therapeutic group was 90.16 percent, and the contrl was 70.69 percent, P<0.05. It was concluded that PGES 1 can be recommended to treat pulmonary heart disease.
