摘要
金堤河流域是黄淮海平原综合治理的重点地区之一,流域的中下游为黄河北金堤滞洪区,其滞洪影响面积约占全流域面积的57.8%。由于年降水量的时、空分布不均,造成该流域春旱、夏涝和秋旱交替出现。作者在综合分析流域的水文特性及设计洪涝水的基础上,提出了合理的设计洪水数据。同时,根据实测资料分析得出结论:金堤河大洪水不会与黄河下游大洪水遭遇。
Jindi River basin is one of the key areas for comprehensive harnes sing of the Huang-Huai-Hai plain and Beijindi Flood Detention Basin of the Yellow River is located on the middle and lower reaches of the basin, 57.8% of the total area being affected by detainning flood. The drought in spring, flooding in summer or drought in autumn occurs frequently in the basin because the non-uniform distri bution of rainfall in time and space. Based on synthetic analysis on cha racteristics of hydrogy and design flood, the author puts forward a set of new indexes for flood design, and believes that a large flood in Jindi River should not meet with that in the lower Yellow River
