战后美国国家安全工作的法律规制 被引量：4

摘要 战后美国通过制定和颁布大量的国家安全法律,对国家安全体制的构建、机构设置及职能履行、国家安全工作的活动及其手段的赋予等内容进行了明确具体的规定,将整个国家安全工作纳入和置于法律框架之内,目的是将国家安全工作的效益发挥到极致,而将其对公民权利的影响控制在最小范围。
