南四湖(上级湖)淤积的初步分析

摘要 当前,泥沙问题已是引黄工作中的主要矛盾。据实测资料,1964—1985年引黄退水排入鲁西南地区东鱼河、洙赵新河、梁济运河的沙量7518万m^3,不但降低了河道本身的防洪除涝标准,并使南四湖的上级湖湖底平均淤高0.17m。文章指出,加强引黄管理,搞好引黄灌区沉沙,是减轻湖、河淤积的关键。 At present, how to treat sediment rationally has been the main problem in diverting from the Yellow River. The statistics of data measured shows that the total amount of sediment entered into Dongyu River, Zhuzhaoxin River and Liangji chenal in Hezhe area, Shandong province, counted to 75.18 million m^3 in 1964-1985, as the surplus diverted water was drained into them. So not only the stan dards of flood control and drainage were lowered, but also the beds of upper sub lakes of Nanshi Lake silted up by 0.17m. The author points out that it is the key measure for retarding sedimentation in the lake and rivers to improve the mana gement of engineering works and arrange silting properly in the irrigated area.
