黄土高原山崩初探

Landslip in Loess Plateau

文章分别叙述了历史时期黄河流域中上游地区的侵蚀山崩和地震山崩,揭示了山崩、滑坡严重阻塞河道、增加河水泥沙、毁坏水利工程以及对环境、对人民生命财产构成的极大危害。文章认为,系统地研究黄河流域古代的山崩,对黄河流域的水利、交通、矿山、城镇建设等工程的规划、设计、治理等,有着特别重要的意义。

This paper described two kinds of landslip occured in history in the middle and upper Yellow River basin, one being erosive landslip and another being land slip due to earthquake. It tells the landslip there led to enormous disasters invol ving blocking rivers up, raising the sediment load in flow, demaging hydraulic engineerings and menacing the envnorment and people's life and so on. It was stressed that studying systematically the ancient landslips in the Yellow River basin would be particularly meaningful to plan, design and management of engin eerings there in water conservancy, road-building, mining and municipal works.
