低温冷等离子体对不同含水率杨木单板表面改性的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 笔者采用低温等离子片材表面处理机处理气干、绝干、过干三种含水率条件下的杨木单板,测量其处理前后表面润湿性和胶合性能,结果表明:冷等离子体改性后,气干、绝干、过干三种含水率下的杨木单板表面接触角分别降低13.3%、22.8%、39.3%(甘油),16.2%、35.2%、64.3%(脲醛树脂胶),且降低幅度随含水率降低呈递增趋势;冷等离子体改性能有效提高杨木单板的胶合性能,其变化规律与润湿性基本一致。 3 kinds of hybrid poplar veneers,air dried,oven-dried and overdried,were modified by using cold plasma treatment to improve surface properties of veneer.The effect of the treatment was evaluated through measuring contact angle of the veneer to liquid and determining bonding strength of the poplar plywood. Experiment results showed:compared to untreated veneer,the surface contact angles of above mentioned veneers decreased by 13.3%,22.8%and 39.3%,respectively,when glycerin used as liquid medium; while UF was substituted for glycerin,the angles decreased by 16.2%,35.2%and 64.3%,respectively; and the treat effect increased along with the decrease of moisture content.It was also found that the treatment could improve bonding property of the plywood,the shear strength of plywood made from treated veneer increased and its change rule was as same as contact angle.
