人性化护理对心血管内科老年患者的护理观察

目的：探讨人性化护理对心血管内科老年患者的护理观察。方法：回顾性分析我科室过去一年内运用人性化护理112例老年患者护理的资料，并将之前未实施人性化护理的108例患者作为对照组，比较患者住院时间，心理状态的改变，及观察组护理干预前后病情改善情况。结果：观察组与对照组患者住院时间比较，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05），说明人性化护理有助于缩短住院时间，提高治愈率。两组患者护理干预后心理反应比较，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05），说明心理护理对患者的病情改善有帮助。观察组经人性化护理后症状改善。结论：人性化护理有助于心血管内科老年患者的康复：

objective：to discuss humanistic nursing observation in nursing cardiovascular elderly patients. Method： retrospetive analysis was conducted to 108 patients with humanistic nursing during past one year,control group was made of 108 patients with no humanistic nursing.After treatment,observe hospital stays, the change of mental state between them. hnproved condition in observation group before and after humanistic nursing. Result there is no significant difference between them about hospital stays （P 〈 0.05）. Humanistic nursing will contribute to shoortenning hospital stays and raising the recovery rate. There is no significant difference between them about Psychoreaction（ P 〈 0.05）.It can improve symptoms in observation group afer Humanistic nursing. Conclusion Humanistic nursing contrubutes to the recovery of cardiovascular elderly patients.
