腰椎小关节退变CT征象分析与探讨
摘要
目的分析腰椎小哭节退变的CT征象，提高对腰椎小关节病变的认识，探讨影像检查方法。方法收集67例腰椎小关节退变病人的CT及临床资料，对小关节及相关结构进行观察分析。结果腰椎小关节退变的CT征象：（1）关节突增生肥大；（2）关节面改变；（3）小关节间隙改变；（4）关节内真空现象；（5）关节半脱位；（6）关节囊钙化。结论CT能较好显示腰椎小关节退变的多种改变，但对早期软骨退变的诊断能力有限，还需进一步探索腰椎小关节退变的早期影像学诊断方法。
