摘要
目的：探讨经椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法：2000年1月至2009年6月采用经椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折42例，按Frankd分级评定脊髓神经功能，应用Cobb角，椎体前缘高度百分比评定骨折椎体矫形状况及稳定性。结果：1例跳跃性骨折1个锣帽脱落，余椎弓根螺钉及钉棒位置良好。Cobb角由术前的250～450恢复至术后的20～150，椎体前缘高度百分比由术前的25％～46％恢复至术后的80％～100％。2例脊髓神经功能A级无恢复外，余均有1～2级的恢复。结论：经椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折能够有效恢复骨折椎体的高度及脊柱的序列，矫正术前的后凸畸形，能够恢复脊柱的稳定性。能够改善截瘫症状。
