摘要
根据弹性理论、牛顿定律、质量守恒定律及润滑油液可压缩性,在柴油机曲轴轴承受到冲击作用下,建立柴油机曲轴轴承油膜在初始冲击作用下和反向冲击作用下的冲击振动的数学模型。以此推广到轴承在受到各种复杂冲击的条件下冲击振动数学模型的建立,为进一步研究柴油机曲轴轴承的冲击响应打下基础。
The shock mathematics model of the oil-film in the glide bearings of a diesel engine was built up according to the flexible theories,Newton's laws,quality laws,and lubrication oil liquid condensability,when the oil pressure is invariant and the rotate speed of crankshaft is constant.The mathematics' model divides two parts:the shock mathematics model of the oil-film in the beginning shocking and the shock mathematics model of the oil-film at anti-shocking.The mathematics' model can be used in the various complications situation in the glide bearings.It is the foundation for study on the shock response of crankshaft and shock stiffness of oil film changing with the turn of the crankshaft.
