摘要
针对石油钻杆提升装置承重轮总成特殊的工作状况,提出设计方案;基于力学分析对轴承、轴系及弧板等承重轮总成主要部件进行设计计算,设计自适应弧板保证总体结构与导轨良好的接触,选用带防尘罩的轴承及缝隙式密封解决了浮动支承下轴承的密封及润滑问题,设计了合理的承重轮总成结构。
Design scheme of bearing wheel unit (BWU) was proposed considering its special working conditions. The bearing,the axis series and the arc-like holder were designed based on mechanical analysis on BWU.The arc-like holder was designed working to fit the rack adaptively for mechanical balance.The bearing with dust shield and chine-style seal was chosen for good lubrication and seal under the floating condition.The reasonable scheme of BWU was obtained.
