摘要
HD密封是基于DF密封而开发的一种新型密封,它集静密封、唇式密封及迷宫密封于一体,同时具有油封和水封的功能。与DF密封相比,HD密封在密封唇、挡板结构、水封结构等方面进行了改进设计,受力分析以及与缸体的配合情况分析表明,HD密封唇部的应力分布幅度要比DF密封的宽,在唇臂处可提供更大的弹力,密封作用力更集中,磨损量相对减少。HD密封在珠钢CSP油膜轴承密封系统的应用表明,HD密封使用寿命相比DF密封可提高20%～30%,密封效果更好。
HD seal is a new seal based on the development of DF seal. It is composed of static seal,lip seal and labyrinth seal as well as oil seal and water seal. Compared with DF seal,HD seal makes an improving design on lip seal,baffle structures,water seal and so on. By the analysis on stress and the fit with the cylinder,it’s shown that the stress distribution of HD lip seal is wider than that of DF seal,HD seal can provide greater resilience,more concentrated sealing force and result in less wear mass loss. HD seal was applied on film seal system of CSP,result shows that the life of HD seal can be increased to 20%～30% compared with DF seal,and HD seal’s performance is better.
