灵芝及其类似品中的20种微量元素的分析研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:进行灵芝及其类似品中微量元素的分析研究。方法:采用湿法消解前处理,电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定。结果:灵芝及其类似品中含有丰富的矿物元素,具有较高的K、Ca、P、Mg含量和低Na含量,并含有丰富的微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ni、Co、Cr元素,但微量营养元素Se、Ge、Mo和重金属元素Hg含量很低,灵芝及其类似品中存在的微量As元素应包括无机As和有机As,微量的As元素对抑制肿瘤可能是有利的。结论:灵芝及其类似品中,微量元素分布趋势基本相同,其中黑芝、紫芝、菌种赤芝、1号赤芝显示更优的营养元素含量分布特征。 Objective:To analyze multi-trace elements from Ganoderma and its analogues.Methods:Samples was pretreated by wet digestion and trace elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results:Mineral elements were rich in Ganoderma and its analogues,with high contents K,Ca,P and Mg and low content Na,as well as rich trace elements:Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Ni,Co and Cr,but trace elements Se,Ge,Mo,and heavy metal Hg were at low levels.Ganoderma and its analogues included inorganic and organic As,trace element As may be beneficia to inhibit tumor.Conclusion:The distribution trend of trace elements was basically the same in Ganoderma and its analogues,some of them,such as:G.atrum,G.sinense,G.lucidum(strain culture),and No.1 G.lucidum showed superior nutrient elements contents compared with other.
