摘要
目的:建立多穗柯药材中根皮苷的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Thermo ODS-2Hypersil(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15:75),流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长280nm;进样量5μL。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.105~2.10μg,r=0.9999(n=5);平均回收率(n=6)为98.7%,RSD为1.7%。结论:该法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于多穗柯药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of phloridzin in Lithocarpus litseifolius Rehd..Methods:Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(15:75) with injection volume of 5 μL.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detection was 280 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.105-2.10 μg(r=0.9999,n=5),and the average recovery(n=6)was 98.7% with RSD of 1.7%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of L.litseifolius.
