摘要
为了更精确地模拟铸造充型过程的流动行为,建立了充型过程的三维不可压缩气-液两相流动模型。采用水平集方法捕捉气-液两相界面,结合投影方法,对所建立的两相流动模型进行了三维数值求解。结果表明:投影-水平集方法能够较好地模拟三维复杂铸件充型过程的两相流动。
A three dimensional incompressible gas-liquid two-phase flow model was proposed to accurately simulate the fluid flow of casting's mould filling process. The Level Set method is adopted to capture the gas-liquid interface and the projection method is used to solve the three dimensional two-phase flow equations. The results indicate that the presented method can work well in the simulation of the two-phase flows of the filling processes of three dimensional complex castings.
