摘要
为提高铸造用覆膜砂壳型强度,考察了覆膜砂制备工艺中覆膜温度、加入固化剂前的冷却速率、原砂粒径等参数对壳型热态和常温抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明,选用粒径为50-140目的原砂,将原砂加热至树脂熔融温度上限进行覆膜,并以1.30℃/s的速率急速冷却至110℃,可有效提高覆膜效果及最终壳型强度。
To improve strength of shell mould, the effects of coated temperature, cooling rate before adding hardener, and the diameter of original sands on tensile strength at high and normal temperature were investigated respectively. The results show that when the diameter of original sands was between 50 and 140 mesh, and the sand was coated at the upper limit of molten temperature of resin, and the cooling rate was 1.30 ℃/s, the coated effectiveness and ultimate shell tensile strenath could be effectively improved.
