摘要
通过在普通灰铸铁里添加不同含量的混合稀土,研究混合稀土对灰铸铁组织及性能的影响。试验表明,混合稀土能使灰铸铁的金相组织细化和均匀化,同时片状石墨向着蠕球状转化,材料的抗拉强度、硬度及耐磨性得到了显著提高。当混合稀土加入量为0.1%时,灰铸铁的综合性能最好。
By different additions of rare earth element in gray cast iron, the effect of mixed rareearth on structure and properties of gray cast iron was studied. The results show that with the mixed rare earth, the microstructure of the gray cast iron is thin and uniform and the flaky graphite was transformed into vermiculate or globular graphite, at the same time the tensile strength, hardness and wear-resistant of the material was improved. When addition of mixed rare earth is 0.1wt% in the gray cast iron, the comprehensive performance is the best.
