目的对药品应急检验档案管理提出新方法,提高档案管理水平。方法将药品应急检验中涉及的两类档案集中作为应急检验专项档案进行管理。结果与结论按专项档案进行管理,能在最短时间内快速查阅并了解某项应急检验的全过程,对提高档案管理水平有促进作用。

Objective The new way for file management of drug emergency test was put forwarded in order to improve the level of file management. Methods The two types of files relating to emergency test were a special focus on the file management. Results and Conclusion By the special file management,quickly access in the shortest time and find the entire process of an emergency test,it can promote raising the level of file management.
