摘要 目的完善杏苏合剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中紫苏叶、茯苓。采用HPLC法,Shim-pack C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-水(用磷酸调pH至3)(20∶80),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:283nm,测定方中柚皮苷含量。结果TLC法鉴别色谱特征斑点明显。柚皮苷进样量在0.0502~1.003μg范围的线性关系良好,平均回收率为103.0%,RSD=1.25%(n=6)。结论本研究建立的TLC和HPLC方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于杏苏合剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish the quality standard for Xingsu Heji. Methods Folium periliae and poria of Xingsu Heji were identified by TLC. Naringin was determined by HPLC. The HPLC system consisted of shim-pack C18column,acetonitrile-water solution(add pure phosphate acid to pH 3(20:80) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,detiction wavelength at 283nm. Results Identification spots of chromatographic characteristics of TLC were marked. The quantitative evaluation of naringin had the linear range of 0.0502-1.003μg,and the average recovery was 103.0%(RSD=1.25%,n=6). Conclusion The TLC and HPLC method are found to stability and reproducibility for the quality control of Xingsu Heji.
