HPLC法测定风湿福音丸中马钱子碱、士的宁的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Strychnine and Brucine in FengshiFuyin Pills by HPLC

目的建立风湿福音丸中马钱子碱、士的宁的含量测定方法。方法采用ApolloC18为分析柱,乙腈-0.01mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调节pH值2.8)(20∶80)为流动相;流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为260nm。结果线性范围:士的宁0.05984～0.8976μg,r=0.99995,平均回收率为100.57%;RSD为2.38%(n=6)。马钱子碱0.04228～0.6342μg,r=0.9994,平均回收率为98.12%;RSD为1.56%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便、准确、分离度与稳定性好、专属性强,可作为控制该制剂的质量方法。

Objective To establish a quality control methed of strychnine and brucine in FengshiFuyin Pills. Methods The column was Apollo C18 and a mixture of acetonitrile and a mixture solution of equal quantities of 0.01mol·L^-1 1-Heptane sulfonic acid sodium salt and 0.02mol·L^-1Potassium dihydrogen phosphate （adjust pH to 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid）（20：80） as the mobile phase was adopted. The flow rate was 0.8mL·min^-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 260nm. Results The linear range of strychnine was 0.05984～0.8976μg（r=0.9999）; the average recovery was 100.57%,RSD=2.38%（n=6）. The linear range of brucine was 0.04228～0.6342μg（r=0.9994）; the average recovery was 98.12%,RSD=1.56%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and applicable. It can be used for the quality control of FengshiFuyin Pills.
