摘要
在对煤体物理力学性质进行研究的基础上,根据相似材料理论进行了煤体爆破模拟材料选择试验研究。试验以水泥、沙子、石膏和水为基本材料模拟煤体,以碎煤、珍珠岩、云母碎和发泡剂为添加材料控制控制煤体的微裂隙、微空洞、结构面和内部吸收、吸附及自由气体。试验分2步对试块的5个物理力学性能参数进行测试与煤体对比,试验结果表明可以通过选定的模拟材料模拟煤体,并初步确定了5类煤体的材料配比。
Based on the investigation on the physical mechanics properties of coal mass and according to the similar material theory,the test and research on the similar material selection for the coal and rock blasting was conducted.The test based on the cement,sand,gypsum and water as the basic material was to control the coal and rock strength and the test based on the broken coal,pearlite,mica and foaming agent as the additive material was to control the micro cracking,micro cave,structural door as well as the inner absorption,adsorption and free gas.The test with two steps had the measurement and coal and rock comparison on the five physical mechanics performance parameters of the specimens.The test results showed that the similar material selected could simulate the coal and rock mass and preliminarily the material mixing rate of the five different coal and rock masses was set.
