摘要
针对鲁奇加压气化工艺中,含有氨、硫化氢等可燃成分的汽提蒸汽与氧气混合具有危险性的问题,研究分析了汽提蒸汽进入混合室和气化炉后气体爆炸的可能性,给出了汽提蒸汽允许的最大流量。结果表明,设计工况下,只要汽提蒸汽与中压过热蒸汽混合,就不存在爆炸危险性,同时对水蒸气相变危险性进行了理论分析。研究结论为工程实践汽提蒸汽入鲁奇炉工艺安全设计提供了相关参考和依据。
According to the danger problems of the pneumatic steam with ammonia,hydrogen sulphide and other combustible gas content mixed with oxygen in the Lugri pressurized gasification technique,the paper studied the possibility of the gas explosion after the pneumatic steam in the mixing chamber and the gasifier and provided the allowed max flow of the pneumatic steam.The results showed that under the design performance,once the pneumatic steam mixed with the medium pressure heated steam,there would be no explosion danger occurred.Meanwhile a theoretical analysis was conducted on the danger of the steam phase changed.The study conclusion could provide the references and basis to the safety design of the pneumatic steam to the Lugri gasifier technique in project practices.
