摘要
全军医院学科建设研讨会于2009年11月在西安举行,本文结合北京军区总医院骨科多年来的建设实际,介绍该科室在人才培养方面的四点经验:一是观念上重视人才,二是注重人才接力,三是建立完善的继续教育制度,四是以和谐氛围催生人才。目的是与大家交流、学习。
The seminar of the whole army on medical discipline construction was held in Xi＇an in November 2009.With the self practice,this author introduced the personnel training experiences which included attaching great importance on talents in concept,paying attention to human resources relay,perfecting the system of continuous education and promoting the growth of talents based on a harmonious atmosphere.
