摘要
目的探讨院前急救护理模式,优化院前急救流程,缩短有效急救时间,提高抢救成功率,提高患者及家属的满意度。方法对院前急救护理流程进行再造,采用全程无缝隙服务流程,合理调配医疗资源,改进了流程的"瓶颈",使有限的急救资源开放、共享,实现统一的调度和管理。结果急救流程再造后,有利于急救工作标准化管理,患者抢救成功率提高,有效急救时间缩短,患者及家属的满意度较高。结论院前急救实施全程无缝隙服务流程,可提高工作效率及抢救成功率、提高患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,降低医疗护理风险,也为应对各种突发公共卫生事件积累了经验。
Objective To investigate the pre-hospital emergency care mode,optimize its processes,shorten the effective first-aid time and improve the success rate of resuscitation,improve patients and their family satisfaction.Methods To reengineer the pre-hospital emergency care processes.Seamless full service processes was used to allocate medical resources reasonably,improve the bottleneck of the processes,so that the limited aid resources could be used opening and sharing,to achieve a unified scheduling and management.Results The first-aid process reengineering will standardize the management of emergency,increase the success rate of resuscitation in first aid,shorten first aid time,enhance the patients and their families satisfaction degree.Conclusions The seamless full service process can improve efficiency of first-aid and increase the success rate of resuscitation in first aid,reduce the risk of medical care,also accumulated experiences in responsing to the multiform of public health emergencies.
