The Ability Construction in a Medical Camp

本文着眼应急机动卫勤力量职能任务需要,通过卫生营近年来的建设实践,探索卫生营建设特点和规律,提出从三个方面(加强正规化规范化建设、强化官兵职能意识和强化力量建设要素)加强应急力量建设的做法,建立了符合平战时实际和贴近实战需求的卫勤力量,实现了"三个确保"(确保卫生营建设水平;确保"真抓实备"龙头地位和确保卫勤保障应急能力)的成效,为应急机动卫勤力量建设提供可借鉴的依据和经验。

According to the new mission demands for mobile medical service,the characteristics and regularity were explored based on the practices on medical camp in recent years,and the measures to strengthen the construction of mobile medical service were discussed as strengthening the standardize construction,the consciousness of the new missions and the construction of the essential factors.With these measures,the mobile medical service have been founded which were accorded with situation of peace-war time and fit to requirement of combat readiness;and good effects were obtained to ensure the construction level in medical camp.
